Fun
I engage my students through online games and activities which are fun and hold the attention. These are key elements to learning progress, especially in an online environment. Where possible, I target activities towards specific interests.
Experienced
I am a UK qualified teacher, with Master’s degrees in both SEN and Communication Disorders. I have almost twenty years of International, face-to-face, teaching experience providing one-to-one and small group support, tailoring the provision to meet individual needs.
Individual
Developing trust and relationships with my students, and their parents, is fundamental to any ongoing progress. I use data and baselines to plan for, and demonstrate, the progress of my students. This is fundamental to fine-tuning support, and key in reassuring families, but above all else is essential to increasing self-confidence and independence for the learners themselves.
